AUTHORIZATION LETTER

I the customer do hereby authorize ANQ Digital Finserv Pvt Ltd to do all acts on my behalf as may be necessary including to execute/signapplication(s), make payment of applicable fees* and generally to allother acts as may be necessary to receive, on my behalf and at myrequest, my Credit Information Report (CIR) from Credit InformationBureau at my submitted email id

I the customer do hereby authorize ANQ Digital Finserv Pvt Ltd to do all acts on my behalf as may be necessary including to execute/signapplication(s), make payment of applicable fees* and generally to allother acts as may be necessary to receive, on my behalf and at myrequest, my Credit Information Report (CIR) from Credit InformationBureau at my submitted email id

I hereby confirm, agree, undertake and accept that I shall at all times be solely responsible for all the above actions and omissions of ANQDigital Finserv Pvt Ltd shall be binding on me as though such actionshad been carried out by me directly. I further confirm that my CIRshall be used only for the purpose as mentioned in the attachedstandard terms and conditions and I shall be solely liable for, andindemnify and hold harmless Credit Information Bureau for andagainst, any and all third party claims or damages or proceedings ofany kind, arising from or in connection with (a) anymisrepresentations, incorrect information or omission of any criticalinformation in my application, or (b) furnishing my CIR based on thisauthorization letter, and shall not at any time hold Credit InformationBureau or its affiliates and their respective officers, directors,employees or representatives liable in this respect.

I hereby also confirm that I have only appointed ANQ Digital FinservPvt Ltd to be my authorized agent/representative for collection of my CIR.

I undertake to keep Credit Information Bureau intimated andinformed at all times, of any renewals or termination of theauthorization to ANQ Digital Finserv Pvt Ltd or any amendments,modifications or changes in the terms governing the obligations ormy relationship with ANQ Digital Finserv Pvt Ltd.

I shall at all times co-operate with Credit Information Bureau andexecute and deliver to Credit Information such instruments anddocuments and take such other actions as may be required by CreditInformation Bureau from time to time in connection with thisauthority letter.

I am enclosing the following documents as my identity verification forthe purpose of obtaining my CIR from Credit Information Bureau.
