Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy
1. Vouchers
Vouchers are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or cancelled
2. Onetime fee
The one time fees paid towards account opening are non-refundable.
3. Refunds.
If approved, then the refund will be processed back to your account or original method of payment, within 15 days.
4. Cancellation of Loans, Deposits, and other products
All loans, deposits and products provided by ANQ are through regulated partners, and their regulated cancellation policies shall apply.
